Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
- When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
- Your payment details will be stored securely, and youβll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay in advance.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you may cancel it at any time before the next billing date.

Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are not yet in stock or are soon-to-be-released.
- We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the remaining balance once the product becomes available.
- You may cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled.
- Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our [Return Policy].
Try Before You Buy
- For try-before-you-buy items, we will authorize your payment method before shipping your order.
- You will have a set trial period to decide if you wish to keep the item.
- If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase price automatically.
