Returns

  • Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 90 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You may cancel your order if the request is submitted before the item has shipped and within the cancellation window outlined on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
